Shipping and delivery information:

  • Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 1 to 5 days.

Returns and inquiries:

If you receive a product with a different size or color, or if it does not match what you ordered, please contact us via WhatsApp within three days of receiving the shipment to resolve the issue. (but you will have to pay the shipping fee only again).

International shipping:

Yes, international shipping is available to most countries worldwide. You can check the shipping availability for your address in the store.

Exceptions for returns:

You can request a return if the product is unused and the original invoice and packaging are available, within three days of receiving it.

Product exchanges:

If you receive a product with a different size or color, please contact us via WhatsApp within three days of receiving the shipment to resolve the issue.(but you will have to pay the shipping fee only again). You can review the size chart before placing your order.

Cases where returns cannot be made:

  • If a return request is made after the specified period, which is 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • If the product has been used or damaged.
  • If the products have been altered or opened.
  • If a copy of the invoice or order number is not available.
