Return and Exchange Policy
Your use of our return and exchange services requires providing the original invoice. All products can be returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receiving the order, or exchanged within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
If you receive the shipment from the shipping company and do not inform customer service of your desire to return the product or file any complaints within 3 days from the date of receipt, it will be considered an agreement that the product is intact and conforms to the customer's order and has not been opened before delivery.
We bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product only in case of a defect or manufacturing flaw. In the case of a customer error in the order, the customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange, including returning the product and delivering the replacement product.
Special Terms in the Return and Exchange Policy:
In the event of a defect or manufacturing flaw in the product during the specified warranty period, it can be exchanged according to the warranty terms announced on the website.
In the event that the customer does not receive their order from the shipping company on the first attempt and the shipment is returned to us, the customer can either arrange for re-shipping with payment of shipping fees for the second attempt or cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting the shipping fees for the first attempt.
The promotional offer associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition; otherwise, the value of the promotional offer will be deducted.
Cash refunds are not allowed when paying using gift vouchers, credit cards, or other digital payments or bank transfers.
In case of payment via Tabby or Tamara or other digital wallets, the refund will be made through the same wallet.
Cases in which product return is not possible:
Non-availability of the original invoice attached to the order.
Submitting a return request after the specified period, which is 3 days from the date of receipt.
Product damage, opening of the original packaging, or use of the product.
Tampering with the product, removing serial numbers, or any manipulation of the product.
Removing price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any attached accessories.
Removing tags or labels and the product's plastic cover, without exposure to any perfumes, washing, or ironing.
Ordering the product from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Pre-ordering of Products:
Some products require pre-ordering, and the expected availability date is determined on the product page. Please check the date before ordering, as it is considered the shipping and delivery start date from the availability date.
How to get a refund in case of receiving an incorrect order or a defective product?
In cases where the product does not match the order or has a manufacturing defect, you can file a complaint and explain the problem in detail within 3 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition and in the same original packaging upon delivery. After inspecting the product and ensuring its compliance with the terms, we will proceed with a full refund without deducting shipping fees, and the amount will be returned to your account within 7 to 14 business days.
Exchange Policy:
Providing the original invoice is required to benefit from the return and exchange services.
